What is Regenerative Education?

My understanding of regenerative education is that it focuses on the importance of being and learning outside in a natural environment. A lot of academics around this type of education seem to be focused on the actual learning and understanding of plants, animals, and all things we consider when we think of "nature." 


There is a big focus on the students being in the world and learning about how their relationship to the earth affects their lives. This article by The Regenerative Viticulture Foundation emphasizes education students about soil biodiversity, permaculture, and
